Don Miloni, DDS

Founder & CEO

Dr. Don Miloni has enjoyed a highly successful career and brings over 40 years of deep domain knowledge and experience in the dental space. He received his undergraduate degree from Regis College in Denver, Colorado and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Nebraska School of Dentistry. Throughout his career, Dr. Miloni has owned and operated over 80 general dental practices. He is a founder of ClearChoice and due to his visionary and entrepreneurial mindset, he continued to innovate which led to the creation of Renew. Renew is the only digitally developed fixed-removable full mouth replacement system that can be performed in a one day procedure. His commitment to patients is unwavering with the ultimate goal of changing lives for the better through a superior patient experience.

William L. Balanoff, DDS, MS

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Balanoff graduated from Northwestern University and received his post-doctoral Masters in cranio-facial research with an emphasis on Prosthodontics. Dr. Balanoff is published with numerous US and international patents. He has been an adjunct professor at many universities in the US. Dr. Balanoff’s research on Tourette Syndrome was featured on CBS’s “The Doctors” Show. Dr. Balanoff has worked with countries around the world improving dental care and early screening for oral cancer. He was in practice for 27 years before joining Dr. Miloni at ClearChoice. He has provided implant dentistry for patients worldwide since 1986. As Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Balanoff works with Renew’s Doctor and Clinical teams to provide coaching, education, and support for Renew’s proprietary system and processes.

Bernard Schayes, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Bernard Schayes received his medical degree from the University of Bucharest. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Nassau County Medical Center in New York. With more than 30 years in private practice, Dr. Schayes focuses on lifestyle management, wellness, and anti-aging. He has treated thousands of patients with a wide range of chronic health conditions. As Renew’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Schayes is responsible for patients’ medical health and medical clearances, helping to ensure a safe and comfortable surgical experience for every patient Renew has the privilege of serving.
